What does God want for our country? What does He want to do in our cities and neighborhoods? These are the questions that ultimately brought together a group of like-minded leaders and churches as a unified collective in July 2012. Together they concluded that God wanted to use all of His people to reach every man, woman, and child in America with the Gospel. This was the start of Christ Together.
Today, Christ Together gathers as leaders and churches for the gospel saturation of our cities and communities. Through collaboration, we desire to mobilize disciples, plant new churches, meet physical and spiritual needs, and unify the Church to consistently demonstrate and communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every man, woman, and child in America. We believe that together, as one Church, we can own the lostness of identified people in defined places to ensure that everyone has repeated opportunities to respond to the Good News.
Can you imagine a movement of disciples sharing common resources and tools, united across geography, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, and denomination to make disciples of all people? This is our vision, but in order to reach each person in America, it will take every person in the Church of America being on mission for Jesus where they live, work, learn, and play. No one can do it alone.
Together we own the lostness of our communities.
Together we can disciple our cities.
Together we reach our nation.
We are Christ Together.
